What is included in Discover?

Discover is three weeks inside the operation. We map the workflows, break processes into tasks, understand handoffs, decisions and exceptions, assess the systems and data underneath, quantify the opportunity and design the target flow. Where useful, we also engineer and prove one part live on real data.

How is this different from an AI agency or a consultancy?

We start with the operation, not the technology. Our team combines operating experience with engineering capability, so we can understand how the work really happens, redesign the workflow and build what is needed to make it work in production. We stay involved beyond the recommendation.

Do I need to commit to a Build after Discover?

No. Discover stands on its own. You leave with a clear view of how the operation works today, where the biggest opportunities are, what the target workflow should look like and what it would take to implement it. If there is a strong case and Conway is the right partner, the next step is Build.

What type of companies do you work with?

We work with growing commerce businesses where operational complexity is starting to outgrow the way the company currently works. The strongest fit is typically multi-country or multi-channel businesses with high transaction volumes, catalogue complexity, multiple systems and a growing number of exceptions and handoffs.

Can you work with our existing tech stack?

Yes. We are platform-agnostic and work with the systems you already use. Sometimes the answer is better workflow design or connecting existing tools. Sometimes AI or new software is needed. And when the underlying platform itself is the constraint, modernising or rebuilding part of the stack can sit inside Build.

How long does a typical project take?

Discover takes about three weeks. A focused Build can go live within weeks; larger workflow or platform changes are delivered in phases over several months. Timelines, responsibilities and definition of done are agreed up front.

How do you price projects?

Discover is fixed price, based on the complexity and scope of the operation. Builds move toward clear scope and fixed pricing where possible. Run is recurring and typically organised around the workflows and systems we continue to operate and improve.

Do we need AI or technical expertise on our team?

No. You need people who understand the operation and can give us access to the right workflows, systems and decisions. Conway brings the operating, engineering and AI capability. We work with your team throughout Discover and Build so the new way of working is understood, adopted and sustainable.
